- If your device has previously installed this software (not a cracked version), you can skip the above steps and simply log out of your account, then log back in to use it.
Step 1: Download and Install Adobe Creative Cloud Software
Visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud and click on Download Creative Cloud to download the software.

Step 2: Log in and Install the Software
After the Shop has sent you the account information, please log in to the Adobe account provided by the shop via email.
Open the downloaded software, log in with the provided shop account by entering the email in the Email field, then click Continue.
If asked to choose a profile, select the option that looks like the image. If not available, please skip this step.
Next, enter the password provided by the shop.
Note: If at this step your account asks for a login code, please inbox the seller to obtain the login code (some devices may require it, while others may not)
After successfully logging in, there will be a prompt to add a second email Please enter your email to receive a code sent to your email address, which will be used for logging in or changing passwords in the future. It is mandatory to add this email to receive the code. If you do not see the prompt, you can add it later following the instructions on how to add a secondary email to your account.
Enter the code sent to your email.
After completing the above steps, please wait for a moment while the app installs on your device.
After successful installation, the interface will appear as shown below. Use any app that can download the app by clicking the install button.
Windows finds the path C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc.
On MacOS, find the path using Command + Shift + G to display the folder access dialog. Then enter /etc in the search field and press Go to proceed. Copy the HOSTS file to the desktop for editing. Open the Host file using NOTEPAD or TEXT EDITOR for editing. Find and delete all lines related to Adobe (click view details to see the full HOSTS file that needs deleting).
After removing the lines blocking connections to Adobe, click save on the file and then copy it back to the system’s HOSTS folder. Choose to overwrite to complete
Windows: Please find the keyword “Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.” Then, locate the “Inbound” and “Outbound Rules” sections. Delete any rules that block PTS or are related to Adobe. Below is an example image.
MacOS: If you are using firewall blocking software, open those programs and delete any rules blocking Adobe apps. For example, in the image below, if your setup looks like this for Radio Silence, click the “x” to remove all blocks.

If you don’t see the option to add a secondary email during installation, please add it to your account using the following steps:
Step 1: Visit https://account.adobe.com/ and log in to the account where you want to add the secondary email.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, navigate to Account and securityand select Account“
Click on Add next to Secondary email, then click ‘Add’, enter your email in the email field, and then click ‘Add’.
Enter the code sent to your email, then click ‘Verify’ to complete successfully.
